Viotia is located in Central Greece, between the Evoikos gulf on the north and the Corinthian gulf on the south, with a population of about 135000 inhabitants. In Viotia area you will find many traditional and picturesque places in an untouched landscape. 

Livadia, is the capital, and a popular destination of Viotia. Other places worth visiting are Aliartos, Tanagra, Heronia and Distomo.

Thebes offers numerous attractions like the palace of Cadmus, the archaeological museum, the Christian catacombs and the tower. 

 Arahova is a very scenic settlement at 950m altitude, inside mountains with a variety of stone traditional houses and panoramic views towards the mountain forests. At Arahova you may also visit the Delphi ancient city, Parnassos Ski center and the forest is always a fine winter vacations choice.

The average temperatures in Viotia is between 7 degrees Celsius (46F) in January to 27 degrees (81F) during July and August. The summer tourism takes mainly from May to October with peak months in July and August the Winter Tourism takes mainly from November to March.
